I can’t zelle anyone money or receive

Takes for ever to deposit a check. Chase check deposit much better. Color pictures and you don’t have to take the picture 8 times for it to be accepted. Highly disappointed

I rarely use Fidelity as FidelityBank doesn’t support business accounts.

Before expressing my dissatisfaction w/ in-app banking features, I want to point out that have accounts with capital one bank in addition to your bank. I do not experience any issues with your competitors app, food for thought....

Auto capture feature is extremely difficult to use when attempting to deposit checks electronically.

Also, added requirement of writing “ for electronic deposit only at Fidelity Bank” underneath my endorsement signature on back of check is tedious, time consuming, and an annoyance. The benefit (I assume) behind electronic deposit is to offer customers an alternative(and more convenient) method of depositing money, allowing customers to avoid an additional “errand “ or trip to the bank.

However, electronic deposit on FidelityBank is so difficult and time consuming for depositing checks in batches. Extremely inconvenient to such an extent that im forced to make a needless errand to your bank, simply to deposit money. Pointless.

I’m self employed; time is money, and I’m not making money when I’m running errands necessary for business Operations.

Please consider revising this feature. The manner in which FidelityBank currently operates has me considering the idea of moving my accounts to one of your competitors: one that allows me the convenience of depositing with ease.

Needs to improved reflecting bank balance quicker.

I like the functionality of FidelityBank, the main feature I wish they would add is two factor authentication. It seems odd to not have that option on a banking app

The Fidelity Bank app is a gem. Easy to use and always available.

You are the bomb

It isn't always easy to get to the bank to do the simple banking transactions. Having FidelityBank has made it really convenient to handle things like transferring money from my HSA to my checking. As of now I haven't had any issues and I like it that way.

Easy to use. Can make transfers with ease. Easy for multiple accounts. Wish it showed pending transactions but the fidelity website doesnt even do that. Would recommend to others.

Makes it a lot easier to view accounts/transfer money and a lot faster then the website.

I have been waiting for FidelityBank forever! Finally. It is very easy to use. Great for checking your balance, transferring money, and even finding a branch. Good job Fidelity keep up the good work.

I've been waiting for Fidelity to get with the times. It's a simple all and gets the job done. Transfers are easy. You can check your funds in a moments. Grade A.

Working all day M-F makes it hard to deposit checks...until now because I can deposit from my phone at home.
