I have a problem with iComics

User reports:
No current problems

- No option to scroll down through all the pages connected

- Missing subfolders

- No view for unread comics from a folder perspective that would also tell you the subfolder

- No split view compatibility

- App crashes when the name of the comic file has a dot during import

- Some files disappear after being successfully transferred via iTunes file sharing

- Automatic background would be nice but not necessary

To resolve iComics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the iComics App
1. On android, goto Settings » iComics » click [Force Stop]

Clear iComics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iComics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iComics.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iComics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iComics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iComics
