I have made my event for 04/20/2024 and made a QR Code when I scan the code with a seperate camera phone it says you need to download the app? I thought this was a no app required for guests?

POV iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix POV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the POV app on iPhone
Update POV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall POV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix POV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve POV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

POV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix POV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the POV App
1. On android, goto Settings » POV » click [Force Stop]

Update POV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear POV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » POV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart POV.

Fix POV unable to contact server/ POV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click POV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto POV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch POV
