OhmsLawCalc is not worth the $4. I have been in the electrical trade for over 25 years and can do the math on my own but thought this would make quick work of calcs, but the more I play with it the more I get puzzled. I would not recommend buying this if you live in the US.

Just trying to calculator multiple resistors in parallel. Thought I used to be able to use OhmsLawCalc. Could figure it out now. Went to web based calculator which was much easier.

Not sure if it’s a bug but there’s no point to paying the $3.99 fee if I’m getting prompted to pay for it each time I try to use it

Rated 1 star because after paying it asks you to rate with every window change and every calculation.

I need to put in voltage and resistance to gets amps and watts. Please fix!

I downloaded this application to my Ipad because it looked very useful. I paid the $3.99 immediately Days later It is still locked and I can’t get any response from them via email. Because of their lack of response and the fact that it has ads and offers I don’t consider this a functional product that I can recommend.

Very useful for college but it constantly closes its self during use. Its free and that in its self shows what you get

Any EE student would be able to perform these task easily with a calculator.

Not worth it the download, it does however do what it "says" which is a simple Ohms Law calculator.

I just payed for all 49 calculators. From the first time I used it, this rate me window popped up EVERY TIME I tried to use it. How can I rate it if I haven’t used it? Otherwise I would have given a fair rating in a few days.

Yes it does the calculations but the problem with it on my iPhone 3s is the input keyboard overlays the results which makes it difficult to see. I can't find any way to turn off the keyboard so you can clearly see the calculations. If you look close at the screen shots above you will see it is overlaying the formulas, clear button and what looks to be a function button. It's free but not sure it's real useful.

The apps looks great ! Just one thing, the Ohms Law & Formulas looks to be incorrect. I think they some how got mixed up between (E and P ) the formula for Voltage should not be "V = E/I". The use of V and E should not be expressed in the formula. Stick to just using "E" to represent voltage.

This is just the kind of app I was looking for.. Very useful and easy to use. And its free too..

If you work with relays or any electrical circuits this is a real time saver. Sure all of us know ohm's law, but it seems like we usually need to take the time to figure what gets divided by what to get the result. This does all the work in seconds and can do a wide variety of different calculations.
