How to fix Timity app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Timity app on iPhone
Update Timity app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Timity iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Timity on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Timity network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Timity Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Timity not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Timity App
1. On android, goto Settings » Timity » click [Force Stop]

Update Timity to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Timity App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Timity » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Timity.

Fix Timity unable to contact server/ Timity internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Timity » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Timity » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
