Unable to log in to Pencil Planner Pro
I have lost notes written with Apple Pencil over the last 4 days! Paid pro subscription! I’ve reverted to paper as my diary notes are official legal records. Have emailed support but no response and looking at the comments above it appears many others are experiencing the same issues. I will be cancelling my subscription if there is no reply by end of day tomorrow !
Lost all my notes . Im so upset. What was the point of paying the subscription for two years if my notes were just going to disappear. Do not use this app
My pencil planner keeps shutting down after about 10 second every time. This is really frustrating. Please help.
Pencil Planner Pro is not working well! Problem started December 2023. I am losing all handwritten (Apple Pencil) notes. This happened twice on two consecutive days. It happened the first time and I freaked (lost major notes...but it's all on the Pencil Pro cloud they day--really?). After I cried myself to sleep and on Day 2 I RECREATED all the handwritten notes as well as I could and moved on. Day 2 all the notes were erased again. I'm obsessed with making Pencil Planner Pro pay me for my time and suffering. Since I don't know what the problem is, I can't avoid it or mitigate against it. HELP!
Ever since the 17 ios update the sync between iphone and ipas is not working, this is frustrating please fix

Please advise what to do when white and black pencils are working opposite? On dark mode white pencil is drawing but disappears after while black pencil is not visible when drawing but appears after? Opposite situation when on light mode. Please advice. Best regards, Bartosz
Hi, since yesterday all my notes are empty! when I came home yesterday and opened my iPad, all my notes were empty and still are! I have a pro-something subscription which will renew in 2023 so it can’t be because I didn’t pay. Please tell me they have not vanished?!
