I have tried many times to log in and changed my password many times and still get an error message from your server. This site is pitiful and should be updated. This should be simple to retrieve my points for ice cream. It’s easier to log into my Fidelity account. Your web designers need to go back to the drawing and test the site before launching it. This is not cardiac thoracic surgery! Fix it please!

JPLicksRewards should be a simple way to get your rewards card into passbook so you don't have to carry another piece of plastic. Such a simple function must now be fairly straightforward to implement...

Why did I download this? It doesn’t seem to be useful at all

Site was built for the dark ages.
Functionality and ease of use is horrible. No real value.

Needs menu or at least include a link to menu pages.

Even though JPLicksRewards Store page claims to support Wallet/Passbook it does not. Would be very helpful to add this functionality.

No scan feature with phone app to avoid using rewards plastic keycard. No store monthly specials listed or anything worth checking- this is pretty useless.

If JPLicksRewards isn't updated before iOS 11 goes public JPLicksRewards won't work going forward. Needs a massive overhaul, 64-bit support, new design, Apple wallet, Apple Pay, Touch ID, etc.

JPLicksRewards should include a scannable barcode for convenience of customer and employees. This feature would make for faster transaction times and would mitigate the need to hand over ones phone.

This works so I don't have to carry my JPLicks card and shows me when I have a freebie but will stop working with iOS 11. Please update!

Please add scannable bar codes and monthly flavors. Order online would be a nice feature too. This could be a good app for customer communication and promotions. So much potential. Look at other vendors for inspiration.

A rewards card that doesn't show a scannable digital picture of the card or have it work with Apple wallet is kinda lame. I imagine the stores don't have the readers but why bother to develop an app and only go halfway

Needs an update for ios11

App is much better but a bit hard to use. Also, no way to enter in birthday or update profile.

Gives the user bare minimum but needs an update to be supported for upcoming iOS 11! I do use its basic functionality so I would like to continue doing that when upgrading.

When the family demands ice cream, we head to JP Licks... several times, however, I forgot my wallet which is never good. Now, I can pay through my iPhone and reload 'on the go' making this so simple that even I can do it. Thank you JP!

Finally updated for 64 bit, and a big improvement to get a QR code right from the first screen. Now just need to put that in wallet and it'll be perfect

The shortcode system has worked flawlessly for years. Good job. No plastic card needed. Wish: show my balance.

Love JPLicksRewards . It is great to go card free. Its easy to get points, redeem rewards and pay. It would be nice to get push notifications with new flavors and to be able to send a gift to a friend.
