Hey guys. I am a very frequent and dedicated member of your services and I decided it was long enough to wait for a bug fix on the namecheap app on Android. The issue is that when I refresh my domains page after turning my phone screen off or re opening the app, the refresh just brings a blank screen. I always reopen the app to fix this. I haven't seen a fix for this on my searches yet but i would love to get this fixed due to the amount of time I spend with namecheap and how many domains I manage. Thank you sincerely, Graham

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Namecheap app issues:

Force Stop the Namecheap App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Namecheap app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Namecheap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Namecheap App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Namecheap app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Namecheap.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Namecheap » "Force Stop".
