Hey guys. I am a very frequent and dedicated member of your services and I decided it was long enough to wait for a bug fix on the namecheap app on Android. The issue is that when I refresh my domains page after turning my phone screen off or re opening the app, the refresh just brings a blank screen. I always reopen the app to fix this. I haven't seen a fix for this on my searches yet but i would love to get this fixed due to the amount of time I spend with namecheap and how many domains I manage. Thank you sincerely, Graham

How to fix Namecheap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Namecheap app on iPhone
Update Namecheap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Namecheap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Namecheap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Namecheap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Namecheap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Namecheap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Namecheap App
1. On android, goto Settings » Namecheap » click [Force Stop]

Update Namecheap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Namecheap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Namecheap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Namecheap.

Fix Namecheap unable to contact server/ Namecheap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Namecheap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Namecheap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Namecheap
