The transition to a dark map is makes REALTORcaRealEstateHomes much less appealing to use and harder to pull information from the graphical interface (this is probably why no map app uses black or dark gray to represent land or water). Similarly Zillow and Redfin use conventional colors for a very good reason. This introduces unnecessary unfamiliarity to REALTORcaRealEstateHomes where standard conventions of white, green, blue work very well. Adding to this, REALTORcaRealEstateHomes crashes when settings are modified. For example setting a different date range crashes on my iPhone 10 with latest OS. It was never a fantastic app, but I’d always hoped that the next upgrade would bring it closer to industry standards like Redfin or Zillow, not into a clunky and inscrutable dark mush.

It would be helpful if HOA fees were included and if the filters actually worked. You cannot successfully search for detached homes without the search results including townhomes and condos. In addition, the map function does not pinpoint where manufactured or mobile homes are located when the address includes lot numbers.

I can’t view the menu of choices for sorting so I have to move it down once and then see how it sorts. And I can only sort by price and not by newer versus older listings. Also, when creating my filters, same thing happened where I could not actually see the individual choices. So it was a lot of guess work to out my filter the way I wanted it to be. Not user friendly.

REALTORcaRealEstateHomes is easy to use and I love how you can zoom in for a more focused search. What would be GREAT is more search criteria, for example: available parking spots; year built; strata fee (min, max); days on market.

I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.4.2 and REALTORcaRealEstateHomes is completely unusable. That’s not an exaggeration. It looks wildly bad and few of the buttons actually work. None of them work correctly.
I do have some accessibility features turned on, so perhaps this is the issue. If so, it’s completely unacceptable.

Glitches but the only one that contains the most recent info

REALTORcaRealEstateHomes only works if you allow location services which is pointless when you are trying to look for a home in a different location. Also, REALTORcaRealEstateHomes will only load the first 9 homes. Also pointless when you are trying to compare different neighborhoods.

Where are the Zillow and Trulia apps for Canada??

Search filters are extremely limited. For example, land size is only available of agriculture.
Only interesting if you create your searches on the website

This is the best Real Estate that I have ever used. It has helped my family & I to look for the perfect home. I highly recommend REALTORcaRealEstateHomes to Everyone.

Can’t even move through the map view without great difficulty or see the entire map after latest update. Why take what was working ok & seriously diminish its functionality??!!

Tried to access my contacts. There is no legitimate reason for a property search app to access my list of friends and family.

It would be nice if REALTORcaRealEstateHomes could use all of the available space on my tablet instead of restricting width and height to that of a phone.

I just want to look at a map and see properties that match my search criteria, similar to most other real estate apps.

Very unpleasant experience trying to find houses using REALTORcaRealEstateHomes.

Every since REALTORcaRealEstateHomes was updated, I cannot see the values for buying or renting anymore. A lot of things are shaded a different colour and cannot be seen by the users.

Compared to products like Zillow or Zoho, this is junk. In spite of years of development, it is less intuitive, and provides less information than competitors.

Easy to use ! Informative great pics. I live in America and this is the best app for finding houses/land in Canada thanks Nova Scotia here I come !

3.5 stars. Needs to add garage and parking info to the listings. Also needs to add garage as a filter in searches.

Search filters are not applied to your search results. You cannot search for a detached house as all results show up for a given price range like condos and town houses and semi detached. Please fix asap

Easy to use and provide good information

This used to be used and straight forward easy to use. Now it constantly freezes and reacts like a sleeping pill.

Don’t bother downloading unless they fix the numerous issues.

Doesn’t work well if you use dark mode - the scroll selections just show up blank. Hard to share listings with yourself and others. Frequently crashes.

I can’t log in to my account to view favorites and saved searches through REALTORcaRealEstateHomes anymore?

Really helpful app with lots of relevant information. Very easy to use. I particularly like the feature that provides the ability to focus on a general area and then refine the search to a given area or neighborhood just by a touch of the screen.

I try to use REALTORcaRealEstateHomes and always switch to the website. You must use it in portrait. It just is cumbersome to use

A bit of an amateurish app that deserves treatment from true industry professionals. On the surface looks like an OK app, but lacks the polish of a truly competitive app like Zillow or RedFin.

REALTORcaRealEstateHomes is not optimized for iPads. The image area is the size of an iPhone. Also doesn’t orient horizontally, just portrait. C’mon, it is 2018 and millions of people have iPads.

How can you adjust the search to look for 3 bedrooms or more?

Odd how old REALTORcaRealEstateHomes and still basic bugs like clicking on a property and receiving no info

I like the layout and simplicity, but it force closes every time I try to view a property.
