We enjoy the food at Zaxby's and often order the 15 or 20 chicken fingers, multiple baskets of toast, sliders and french fries. We often add the cole slaw, which is very good and purchase extra Zaxby sauce as they never provide enough with the fingers ( 1 sauce for 4 fingers? are you kidding?!). anyway, most of the time we don't earn the points because, like others, the app is hard or difficult to use and won't register the points so we get gypped out of points about every other visit. However, our problem is the LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL of the staff at both the staff at the Sandy Plains Zaxby's in Marietta, Ga and the Zaxby's on Johnson Ferry Rd in Marietta. They cannot get an order right from the speaker to the bag. I always have to check the bag and ALWAYS something is left out of the bag. I have to get back in line, circle back around and get the items they forgot. I have always paid for the items, they just DON'T PUT THEM IN MY BAG!!! The last order they left out 2 sliders and 2 cups of coleslaw and the order of 20 chicken fingers only had 19. The order before that left out 2 large cole slaws. Before that they left out french fries and baskets of toast. I could do on. What is the problem? This food is too expensive to leave at the restaurant after it's paid for! Get it together, Zaxbys! By the time I circle back around and get my stuff and I explain the missing items, I've lost 10 minutes and my food is on the way to being very cold before I get home. There is no excuse for this. They have never offered any compensation of anything for all these missed items. just a meek " sorry"..if that. really?

I've ordered 3 separate times from the store in advance this week and the code for the points I've earned keeps popping up error invalid code 999 it's really annoying how can I redeem my points if the error code keeps popping up and won't let me add them

This is the worst food app I’ve ever seen! I’ve had nothing but problems with it every time I have used it. Yesterday I placed a online order and when trying to pay it said to try again something went wrong and nothing was wrong the first time but it charged my card twice!! Then when I get to my Zaxbys location and tell them I’m here to pick up my order for Jamie they claim they can’t find a order for that name. So had to pull up and show the manager where it said it was placed and where it took my money twice. She comes bringing this printed out paper of what I ordered and said they canceled the order didn’t say why and that my funds would be put back on my card. I still wanted the food considering I payed for it twice. So she offered to put it back on her system but I’d have to wait in that long line and pay for it again..Of course they once again gave me problems when I returned but I finally got my food and I am planning on telling the GM of this location this horrible experience! I do want my money put back on my card that it took twice since this app for some reason decided to cancel my order!! I use to work for Zaxbys and tbh their online ordering was a joke and never failed to give customers and the workers problems. I am never using this app again!

So in the past I ordered from the app and when I got to the restaurant (Pinellas Park FL) was told I MUST come inside to pick it up — during the pandemic. So I started ordering at the drive through window instead. Today I tried again to order through the app and couldn’t find a way to make it say pick up at the drive through. So I asked the man on the speaker and he said yes, submit it and you can get it in the drive through. So I did. It’s raining outside. I get to the window and he tells me I can’t just submit it and pick it up that I have to drive around and wait for a while. When I asked him why he told me to go ahead and submit the order instead of just telling him the order, he said it was okay to submit the order but it “wouldn’t be ready just like that.” I said oh well I guess you didn’t understand what I was asking (nicely) and he said oh yes I understood what you were asking, sir.
So, well, that’s why I go to chick-fil-A and McDonald’s all the time even though i consider Zaxby’s good to be a bit better.

LevelUp should not suspend Zaxby’s accounts

I was supporting Zaxby’s but not anymore ever since LevelUp (the 3rd party company they use for their app) decided to suspend my account for their misunderstanding. I had been working on points for a while now which is actual money I spend for those points. They suspended my account for incorrect reasons without hearing me out nor reasoning with me before they closed my Zaxby’s LevelUp account. Therefore, LevelUp gave me a bad experience which leads me to no longer supporting/go to Zaxby’s. I will give my money to chick fil a where they won’t deactivate my account that I had point on/actively working towards points. FYI I have multiple siblings and we share one phone so you need to hear people out before you make assumptions regarding multiple accounts being logged in from the same device which isn’t a problem for any other fast food chain so I will just support those places who won’t delete my account over something so petty.
