Not easy to navigate. Some selections don’t take you where you think it should. I use it occasionally since it’s the only way to do things. There are banking apps that are much more user friendly than Legends.
I wish you had deposit alerts. Specific to time and amount of deposit and from whom. Also would like the choice of having debit alerts as well.
I like LegendBank . Just wish it was easier to add subcategories to be better able to break down where my money goes each month.
I see one important thing that is missing a way to print from the phone app. At times this is most necessary to send something to my printer when it is not possible to get to my computer. With this addressed I would give it 5 stars.
Almost always, the mobile app is great, allowing me to check my balance, look for specific deposits or withdrawals, and deposits. Occasionally, LegendBank is down on weekends, but it’s usually a minor nuisance. LegendBank saves me a lot of miles and time, since the nearest branch bank is 15 miles from me.
Getting to deposit on mobile is hard to get to. Should have choice on main menu to be able to click on with out going through so many steps.

I have been banking with Legend Bank for over 20 years (since it was Surety Bank). I moved to the Dallas area 16 years ago, but continued to keep my accounts active at Legend because of the excellent service. When I need assistance, I can call and always get a “person” (not a recording) to answer my question. I do all my banking over the Internet and have never had a problem with paying bills electronically or making deposits. Legend Bank is better than any of the huge banks in the DFW area! Keep up the great service, Legend!!
It’s great to know I can look at all my transactions daily and not worry. You have a great security team because they caught a large amount of money that was charged to our account that was not us. I went to the bank here in Henrietta and the teller called security and they fixed it in no time. Great and friendly staff. Legend Bank couldn’t make it without them. I worked in banking 18 years and I know how important how everyone is. You can’t beat team work.
Took me a minute to get used to it because I had a different app with another bank but I was amazed at how fast I was able to learn how to use LegendBank!! Love it 3 outta 5 stars wouldn’t change a thing lol

I love LegendBank because it is so easy to use! And the fact that it’s anytime day or night! I still like to go inside the bank because Legend bank in Bowie, TX., treats you like family and that is a plus in my books everytime!
I have always been amazed at the customer service at Legend Bank. They always greet us when we come in and efficiently and professionally help us. The online banking is great. So easy to use. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone.
Easy to use app. It too me a sec to figure out how to view the images of checks you deposited through LegendBank . Discovered there is a limit of 6 check deposits thru LegendBank per week. Not a problem though. I took the 7th check that “errored because of limit” to a branch without issue.
