I see one important thing that is missing a way to print from the phone app. At times this is most necessary to send something to my printer when it is not possible to get to my computer. With this addressed I would give it 5 stars.

Almost always, the mobile app is great, allowing me to check my balance, look for specific deposits or withdrawals, and deposits. Occasionally, the app is down on weekends, but it’s usually a minor nuisance. The app saves me a lot of miles and time, since the nearest branch bank is 15 miles from me.
