Summary of CARFAX Problems 🔥

-Money was withdrawn immediately but I didn’t have access to reports right away.

-It took them a week to respond, which I think is unreasonable for customer support.

-The reports weren’t accessible for an entire week too.

-Gave me an error without ever delivering the report.

-No responses after 3 business days and 3 follow ups.

-Won’t refund in app purchases for this app.

-Claim it is Apple’s responsibility to issue refunds for in app purchases.

The Mobile App Is Not Working Properly And it appears to be down for all devices and it only works on the website

When I am on Auto Trader looking at cars the CARFAX will not open and always says cars made in Germany are protected by law and information requested is denied. My computer is a Mac Mini. Please help me with this problem. Thank you very much.

wanting to print my car fax and the app doesn't show all the reports I have run and I had to buy another car fax report before purchasing a car because it showed I had no reports left. However, now it shows I have one remaining which I could have used the other day. Frustrating, I spent $40.00 more dollars that I had to just to see the vehicle history when I was on my way to buy the car.
