To resolve Zero Bid Finder network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Again, goto Zero Bid Finder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
