This is not intuitive at all. The preference pane looks nothing like those in the "how to" videos. Plus, it tells me it cannot be used as a screen saver and even when I select something and press start, there's no way to turn it off except to shut the computer. The effect is as if my computer has a virus. Bad news. Delete and move on.
