How to fix NAUgo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NAUgo app on iPhone
Update NAUgo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NAUgo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NAUgo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NAUgo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

NAUgo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NAUgo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NAUgo app issues:

Force Stop the NAUgo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NAUgo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NAUgo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NAUgo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NAUgo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NAUgo.

Fix NAUgo unable to contact server/ NAUgo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NAUgo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NAUgo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NAUgo on android.
