Not working keeps crashing need help

Hello 😊 I am wanting to know, please, what happens to digital downloads, when the link is used in MailBuzzr? I received a download link for an ebook in email on the 18th August 2022, Australian time, but when I clicked on the link to download the ebook, I could not find the downloaded ebook in my iOS Files folder on my iPad Pro. Whereas, when I had the Outlook app, I could locate the file in the iOS Files folder. I had 3 chances at downloading the file and when I used them all up, the link expired and still no chance at the moment, of finding the ebook. Are you able to give me some advice or tips, please, as to where the file goes, when I use the link in your email app?
