Hello 😊 I am wanting to know, please, what happens to digital downloads, when the link is used in MailBuzzr? I received a download link for an ebook in email on the 18th August 2022, Australian time, but when I clicked on the link to download the ebook, I could not find the downloaded ebook in my iOS Files folder on my iPad Pro. Whereas, when I had the Outlook app, I could locate the file in the iOS Files folder. I had 3 chances at downloading the file and when I used them all up, the link expired and still no chance at the moment, of finding the ebook. Are you able to give me some advice or tips, please, as to where the file goes, when I use the link in your email app? How to fix MailBuzzr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MailBuzzr app on iPhone
Update MailBuzzr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MailBuzzr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MailBuzzr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MailBuzzr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MailBuzzr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MailBuzzr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MailBuzzr App
1. On android, goto Settings » MailBuzzr » click [Force Stop]

Update MailBuzzr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MailBuzzr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MailBuzzr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MailBuzzr.

Fix MailBuzzr unable to contact server/ MailBuzzr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MailBuzzr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MailBuzzr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MailBuzzr
