FLALOTTERY Status

The promotions tab is not loading on the app so I can't scan my second chance tickets. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still won't load.

Home page keeps spinning, not working.

I don't know if it is updates or whatever. Continually fails and now pop up screen says "refresh" I do refresh and still same issue when trying to use scanner on phone for scratch off tickets. Have downloaded several times over and over. Issue needs attention and quick fix.

The app isn't working on my galaxy 22 phone with at&t network. It doesn't even load.

The app for android works intermittently. Mostly not working. I have removed and re-installed many times. I'm sure you are aware of this ongoing problem for years now so what, if anything is being done? It's extremely frustrating when trying to check my tickets. Works, doesn't work, works, doesn't work, doesn't work, doesn't work.

Same problem listed above will open but cannot choose any button if it opens, now just spinning on the main menu been like this for 3 weeks have uninstalled then reinstalled cleared cache several times. I have a S22 galaxy.

You told me what to do to get Florida Lottery app working again, which I had already tried all of them before I contacted you .It is the the same problem as all the complaints listed above, and it still will not work despite everything you said and what I did. Something is wrong with the app.

Stopped working a few days ago, I uninstalled and reinstalled, the screen comes up but its white, none of the buttons I push will work, what is going on??

Takes about 45 sec to open the app then it opens and I see the Home Screen but it's mostly white but you can see all the buttons and non of them work. I deinstalled it and reinstalled it and also tried using both Wifi and Cell service to run it and still the same think happens. It's been like that for about 3 or 4 weeks.

The app stopped working 3 days ago. Please advise.

Fla Lottery app is not working. Sits at intro screen with busy indicator just turning. After a minute or two it goes to a blank main screen and nothing works.

Phone ap not working. Will not go past the startup screen. It used to work great. Has not worked now for two days.

I followed the directions and cleared the cache and now app works. Thank you. Please disregard my previous message.

App had been working on my android for months, now it isn't working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. It takes forever loading then when the check ticket screen comes up a white screen showing the check my ticket but not able to do anything with the screen. Please fix the app or get rid of it.

Have downloaded Florida Lottery App over and over...it opens to the first screen with the bird, but will not go any further. I have an android phone and it worked before for months. Also, if it does open the check my ticket key is dead along with all the others.

Check a ticket not working! Crashes app when I use the scan feature!

The app opens but all pressure keys like "check my ticket" do not respond to touch. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times with no change.
