Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Gutka app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Gutka app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gutka app on iPhone
Update Gutka app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gutka iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gutka on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gutka network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix Gutka not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Gutka app issues:

Force Stop the Gutka App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Gutka app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Gutka to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gutka App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Gutka app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Gutka.

Fix Gutka unable to contact server/ Gutka internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Gutka » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Gutka » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gutka on android.
