Hi WordUp team, I have paid for the Pro Lifetime membership however my account still shows as basic membership. I have checked my credit card and the payment was successful. After your two last update (last thursday), It doesn’t work on IOS devices

Hello, after your last two consecutive updates (I think both are the same update) your app doesn’t work now. When you open app, white screen shows up and there is nothing after that. I was in the middle of the hard working in your app and now I’m out of my schedule. Please fix your program and we can continue to enjoy our study. By the way, your is really the best in the vocabulary learning and memorizing for intermediate and higher level students. I am looking forward to seeing my app working again.

Love the concept but terrible execution

I gave it a five star originally because it was close to what I dreamed a language app would provide but I made a terrible horrible mistake for purchasing a 12-month subscription!! After enjoying the app for a month or so, the app became garbage after their failed attempts to improve the app, instead of becoming better it wouldn’t even allow me to access my subscribed content. It’s so incredibly disappointing and what a waste of money, and the tech support didn’t help either. So pay for it if you don’t care about wasting your money

When I first downloaded this app it was great, in just a few weeks I even upgraded to the Essential subscription because I knew it was something I would want to practice daily. More recently WordUp made a change and it’s been for the absolute worst. I use to be able to test myself and practice words from my “Learning” bucket for as long as I’d like, 5-10 minutes. Now I can only test myself with a small handful of words from the “Learning” bucket and it then moves me to explore new words. The reason why I downloaded this was to learn new words and practice them over time so the repetition makes them more familiar. Now I am just shuffling through 10 new words a day without any repetition. Would absolutely not recommend unless they fix. If and when they fix it is a complete recommend.
