Force Stop the QQ邮箱 App
1. On android, goto Settings » QQ邮箱 » click [Force Stop]

Update QQ邮箱 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QQ邮箱 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QQ邮箱 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QQ邮箱.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QQ邮箱 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QQ邮箱 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QQ邮箱
