Movember Mobile Reviews

The photo storage and viewing functionality is very limited. The Mo Tracker just forgets the photo you took when you click "Done" and doesn't even save it anywhere. And the Camera tab seems redundant with the Mo Tracker - why have both? There is no way to zoom in on pics you've taken which is annoying. And you can't rearrange your profile pics by click and drag like one would expect. Basic things that should be an easy fix.

Movember does exist. I use the website for everything. The Move function doesn’t actually sync with Strava, but I couldn’t figure where the problem was. Strava has its own syncing problems.

Not that it ever worked seamlessly, but what happened to the option to sync data between the iOS Health app and this app app? No one has time to input activity data for each day, especially when this data already exists somewhere (all smart phones these days track steps, distance, etc).

Without a fitness watch/ Smart Watch at the moment and I couldn’t find a way to connect this app to MyFitnessPal, MapmyRun, Applehealth

Great looking clutter free app. Well thought out and intuitive for the user!

Movember is really handy and a great tool for this app. The Mo tracker is a great idea for having fun with this app. I've been posting it every day to create conversation. The problem is that both the photo strip and the movie don't put the photos in the correct order. You can't see my Mo grow. It's making me feel unmanly! Please fix ASAP so we can help change the face if men's health!

Movember is really buggy. It shows very little improvement year over year except for silly stickers. The fitness App UI is extremely problematic. It lacks a button to share to LinkedIn: basic IU testing....

Every time I try to log in, it tells me there is an issue with my account. I can log in on the website just fine

I can’t input that I walked 1.8 miles. It only takes whole numbers. Who moves in exact miles?

Good for tracking donations however Strava integration and the Facebook share doesn’t work.

App crashes when logging in with Facebook.

I should've written this sooner since now that this app is over I haven't been using Movember and I've forgotten some things. First off, while it was nice having an app to use for this app Movember has a lot of bugs...

1) When posting updates to my MoSpace and selecting to share it via FB... The link that shows up on FB doesn't link to my MoSpace. This feature ONLY works if you do the update from a computer and choose to share when you originally post it. There is also a bug on the website where if you later to choose to share a post from your MoSpace to FB (using the link below the post) it does the same thing where it doesn't link to my MoSpace.
2) When turning on notifications Movember sends non-stop notifications for an entire minute. This is very annoying. What's more annoying is that now that this app is over I tried to turn these off through Movember and my settings on my phone and they still kept happening!! I tried closing Movember and restarting my phone. I now just resorted to deleting Movember .
3) I know there were some other bugs I noticed but I can't remember what they are off the top of my head. Please thoroughly test Movember before next year. It's not that hard to share it with some people and have them try out all the features.

Feature requests:
-Add notifications for when people donate.
-Add some photo editing options when using the MoTracker

The 2011 update is much improved over last year's version. It allows you to track your donations, your dream and all of the global stats. It also allows you to update your Mo Space from your phone, PLUS it provides simple templates for raising $ and and recruiting MOre Mo Bros & Sistas. A solid mobile app with really just about everything you need to run your 2011 campaign! My only suggestion for next year would be to allow you to "Send a Message" to your teammates, like you can do through the website. Mo on, bros!

There are great updates this year. The interface is clean and intuitive. You can post moustache pics, post daily exercise updates, share on social media and get donations. Everything you need at your finger tips to have a successful this app campaign, plus a few fun features like the Mo tracker that allows you to take a photo every day and export it to a stop motion animation of Mo growth! Love Movember!!!

Been participating in this app for years - always loved the Foundation but have always been frustrated with Movember and mobile experience. Looks like they finally made the proper investment into Movember and finally have something that works and is easy to use.

Love it, love the features but it's a little buggy. My donations for example are not accurate, for some reason Movember is off by almost $200 and doesn't show all the donations that the website does.
Love the picture taking ability with reminders.

The Mo Tracker was a great idea. We need a better team interface. You can't connect with other team members in Movember at all, like you can on the full website. We need to be able to click on teammates, and be sent to their page. Pictures don't cross over either. This would improve team communication. Thanks.

The photo tracker would be better if I could decide to use the high contrast black and white or not, it's hard to take a good pic without perfect lighting. Also cannot respond directly to messages left by others.

If you're having a problem accessing the this app app because of Facebook you need to log into Facebook and deauthorize last year's this app app. That will allow you to use this year's this app app. It's really easy.
