I have a problem with Maximum PC

I am not getting my Maximum PC for a couple of months. On 2-10-2023 I paid 44.95 for 2 years. Can somebody help?

To resolve Maximum PC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Maximum PC App
1. On android, goto Settings » Maximum PC » click [Force Stop]

Clear Maximum PC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Maximum PC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Maximum PC.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Maximum PC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Maximum PC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Maximum PC
