- No option for multiple users to add to the same diary

- Limited text formatting options

- No option to export as a Word document (only as a txt file)

Still no password protection, still no response. Worst customer service ever.

Serious issue with the new version - my diary is no longer password protected. Sent 3 emails to the designers - not a single response.

To resolve Card Diary network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Card Diary App
1. On android, goto Settings » Card Diary » click [Force Stop]

Clear Card Diary App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Card Diary » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Card Diary.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Card Diary » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Card Diary » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Card Diary
