Deleted the app but still shows up on homescreen

I deleted the app sometimes ago and it would just pop up on my homescreen whenever I restart my phone. It would shows up with this blank white icons and you can't actually click on it, it also said "Open" in the appstore when you find this app instead of the usual cloud icons indicating you have downloaded this app before but deleted it (when clicked on "open" nothing happens). I tried to delete the blank icon of the app many times but it would still shows up, not really impressed (-_-;)
This app is fake

I search many music, it appears like it could search the music, but actually app play any other music whatever it can play. It’s a fake application, doesn’t have stock of music actually
