Not only are you not able to pay a car loan from HeritageBank , their web site for external transfers never works! Cannot wait to refinance and quit Heritage Bank all together! 2018 and your not able to pay your bill from another bank, without any hassle...really!?
It’s ok but really wish it gives options to view by deposits and/or withdrawals, also doesn’t show time of transactions.
Love the ability to bank on line, but the remote check deposit could use some work. I have a very clean check (no wrinkles, no tears, cleanly signed). I’ve snapped thirty pics of the endorsement area and it won’t capture correctly. This is on an iPhone 8. I stopped trying with my iPad a while back for the exact same issue.
It is so much easier to have the mobile check deposit now that the heritage branch closest to me close down. Unfortunately, the mobile app has quit accepting certain checks that it used to accept.
