Why do you? Why do you have to pay for stuff?

SafetyNote is disaster, just lost all my passwords, thanks to auto save. Just touch the screen and all data was gone and than auto save saved as At which I did not even pressed. I wan my money back.

It went from English to Chinese. I don’t know why now I lost everything. How do I recover all my data from iCloud thanks.

Has bugs. Pop up asking about drive storage goes to a dead url. It's annoying and can't turn off. Also app would be nice with color. The grey gui is pretty blah. Deleting SafetyNote asap.

App works and seems secure, but if you want to share with a nearby device, how do you do it. Can’t find instructions anywhere!

FIX THE COPY AND PASTE. Bring back the “select” option…the “Select All” isn’t always what I NEED!
I currently can NO LONGER simply look up a note, select a password from within the note then copy it to be pasted elsewhere.

Fix it already!

When SafetyNote is opened up for the first time or anytime it shows your notes for a split second before the password is prompted 🤷🏻‍♂️. I’d fix that

SafetyNote works very well however you are forced to upgrade to pro and pay for it otherwise your password no longer works until you make the purchase and then you have to reset your password to be able to retrieve your information, this is a really good app however you could have given the users a heads up to notify them that you were going to do this, $.99 is not a lot of money for one individual but it is the manner of taking your information hostage until you pay for it, you know everyone loves your app but it was a really cheesy way of going about doing business.

The update caused Copy/Paste commands to no longer work when highlighted. Only works when something isn’t highlighted which defeats the purpose.

I purchased SafetyNote for it security feature, and it delivered what I wanted. Just wonder if a text search function can added

I love SafetyNote because it keeps my passwords safe and protected. One hiccup is that you cannot select key words or copy paste the passwords or user names like normal selections on an iPhone. The only option is select all which I don’t need. I only need to copy and select the user or password needed. I hope you fix this so it works like a usual iPhone select tool.

Easy to use

SafetyNote is super easy to use. Easy to access. Safe. It keeps your personal files locked away from just typical persons. Instructions are simple and self-explanatory. I love the trial one so I bought the upgrade version. The one very small thing I found out along the way was that It was hard to change from one fashion of locking to the other, ie, I'd always used the keyboard locking fashion, I wanted to try the dial or pattern ones. I tried them and I didn't like them to much. When I tried to go back to the keyboard, it took a long time before it finally took it. It just would not accept the changes or made the changes. I'm afraid to play around with it now. Need newer update for newer available options. SafetyNote rarely has new update.

this appears to now work on iOS v18.3.1 App v7.8.2 - You can read about the original problem here ::::::> Apparently SafetyNote has (had) a design limitation on the amount of info per file it can store before it becomes sluggish. For example up to 250 numbered lines or 500 plain lines. ⚠️Here’s 2 ways to duplicate the problem: ::::::> 1️⃣Open a new note and copy the following line 500 times: “Test one two three…“ + Return. It should scroll smoothly without hesitation. - Now add a few more lines to it. For me scrolling becomes sluggish taking 2sec or longer between cursor refreshes. ::::::> 2️⃣Open a new note and copy that same line 250 times, but this time Number the lines (Select All, tap the Number icon in the formatting bar). Again it should scroll smoothly. - Now add a few more numbered lines to it. And again for me the scrolling becomes sluggish taking 2sec or longer between cursor refreshes. ::::::> ❌After opening a saved note and trying to scroll up or down thru the document it no longer scrolls properly. ::::::> ❌Swipe down and nothing happens for several seconds, then it scrolls a little. ::::::> ❌Scroll up, same thing. ::::::> ❌Try to close (X) the document and it takes a few seconds delay then closes. ::::::> ❌Tried restarting SafetyNote , no difference. ::::::> ❌Tried restarting the phone, no difference. ::::::> ✳️This doesn’t happen in the menus, only documents with ❌more than 250 numbered lines or ❌more than 500 un-numbered lines. ::::::> ✅ Workaround: If you have long lists (more than ~250 numbered, or ~500 unnumbered), split them in half, then Copy the last half to a new Note and Save. ::::::> ⚠️ As of v7.8.0 SafetyNote also doesn’t seem to support iOS UNDO function by shaking the iPhone… Instead tap the reverse curl button ↩️ in the formatting bar.

They stay on top of the updates. To keep SafetyNote running smooth been very pleased. Thank You for the good Safety Note App

Overall, I would say that SafetyNote has a higher level security than most others, but the only thing I need is adding “Videos”.
