We have had no audio from the commentators since Thursday. Audio for ads and on course sound is fine, but no commentary. I checked with our provider, Cox and they say it's not their prob. What's going on?

Why on earth are you totally ruining viewing of Thailand LPGA with your constant scoreboard updates/ world standings/ views of Pattaya.etc etc. Every 2 or 3 minutes, viewing is interrupted. Finally, why do female commentators have to talk so much about gossip concerning female golfers. These commentators just do not understand that " less is more".

Your system has frequent buffering problems with golf - only on your channel .. When are you going to fix this - no other channel has this problem.

How to fix Golf Channel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Golf Channel app on iPhone
Update Golf Channel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Golf Channel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Golf Channel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Golf Channel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Golf Channel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Golf Channel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Golf Channel » click [Force Stop]

Update Golf Channel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Golf Channel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Golf Channel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Golf Channel.

Fix Golf Channel unable to contact server/ Golf Channel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Golf Channel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Golf Channel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
