Tennis Channel+ Status

When trying to open app get error message 9001 - App configuration issue. Have deleted and reinstalled app, same problem.

I cannot login to TC plus. I have a paid TC account and followed all the steps to subscribe, but it’s still asking me to pay. No coupon code is showing up. Please advise as I would like to get this resolved and I’ve been having a lot of trouble.

It is not fair that you charge $110 for a yearly subscription to Tennis Channel Plus, and I cannot watch live games. I get a "whoops" from you and an error message 9000. What am I supposed to do?

I have a Tennis Channel + subscription. renews in August. On my Spectrum serviced TV I have downloaded the channel. I enter my email and password, enter continue, and it returns to the same screen. Changed password with the same results. Not sure how to proceed. Can you help? Thank you Gary

My Son, Adam Hahn, who has Infinity, set up the Tennis Channel streaming service which he paid appox. $109 for a yearly service. Everything worked fine for over a month with occasional need for him to resend the code to Exfinity. But for the past 2 or 3 weeks this no longer works. Xfinity's message to him is that everything is set. But on my Samsung smart TV, I keep getting Error 4001. I'm in a rural area with Breezeline service. Pleas help or at least refund 3/4 of our payment, Tom Hahn

When I use the app, and pick a match, the "loading" icon spins and spins and spins. That is it nothing ever comes on. Help.

When I tune into the Tennis Channel Plus, ithe wheel spins and says connecting and nothing ever happens.

I have big problem with mobile app at my galaxy note 10 plus phone. I have paid subscription to dec.31.2023 for $109.99 . i have no problem to see tennis games at my TV or computer. Only mobile app every time i like to see game is asking me to subscribe to watch the game in account I see my paid subscription with green mark and i have no option to log in I try many different things an noting works... why i can not find any phone number to talk to live person? what kind of service you provide? fix this app it is terrible ..... how you can take money for it????? and give no help?????

Keep getting error message (Multiple times an hour) with tennis channel app on Amazon fire

Streaming TC thru amazon fire stick on a Hisense (google) tv. TC loads fine then after a few minutes get “ERROR. Sorry, the channel you are trying to access failed to load. Please try again later or choose a different channel. “ I have deleted and reinstalled app, restarted the system on my tv, checked internet connection (other channels such as ESPN work fine.). This just started in last week.

My new Pixel 6a will not run tennis channel ap. Get api conflict error message.

My issue is not being able to subscribe to Tennis C. hannel plus. I get hung up when asked for my TV provider. Recently I have placed my spectrum provider on hold while I try streaming altogether. So I now I use youtube TV service. Can I not subscribe directly with tennischannel.com without a cable provider. Please advise. rbchong@redacted

Seit einer Woche, kann ich kein Tennis sehen, es erscheint somthing went wrong und dann der Server ist überlastet usw. . Vorher konnte ich wenigstens ab und zu etwas sehen. Ich muss mich auch ständig neu anmelden und dann kommt trotzdem kein Bild. Ich weiss nicht, wofür ich bezahle.

receiving API error message on all tvs when trying to watch tcplus.....

Get API Conflict message that says oops something went wrong. Then the wheel just spins and nothing comes up

I will be watching matches and then the wheel comes up and keeps spinning. I lose the picture then it say error. I reset my fire tv and it still doesn’t work. Some days it works for a couple hours then the wheel again

Was able to log on and watch matches on TV. Then I'd log back on and when I would click on the match I wanted to watch, I would always be brought back to the app on my TV screen. This has gone on for the last few hours and I missed matches that I was wanting to watch. I just joined this past weekend and am not happy with this situation at all !
