Very limited synth.
The hardware products are good and innovative ..but many come with cheap proprietary chords ..that are not easy to replace...why do this to your people?..maybe to make more money I guess?..but not cool..
The customer service is probably the worst I can think of..
no phone ..they will respond with , what seems like a Robot that is no help, very hard and frustrating to get any help...the software is just a trap to hook you into the pricey ecosystem..it’s actually decent yes..but not worth it to deal with this company on any level..shame because it could be different and Ik could be awesome but , I don’t have much faith..rn

but the support and proprietary cords it uses are a real joke for a professional...plus no good videos or text on how to assign functions .
No longer detects midi devices on latest IOS iPad

iGrandPiano, Syntroniks, and my other midi apps work fine with all my midi devices on the latest iOS version for iPad. However, SampleTank no longer detects my devices even after reviewing the settings, reinstalling, updating app, and reviewing cables/connections. It seems to still work on my iPod which has an older iOS, but quit working on my iPad. I am disappointed because I spent quite a lot on their add-ons and bundles.

I don’t get it IK. Mix box is AWESOME. Syntronik, B3x ground breaking. SampleTank desktop used to be your premier product. Now you can’t even be bothered to make it AU? Borrow your design team and development team from these successful products.
IAA is a no go for iOS production and live performance. I don’t care how good the Miroslav stuff is. This is 2023.
I got burned once by a version of SampleTank that stopped working on the switch from windows 7 to 10. That’s why I tried CS on mobile. I’m not dropping $30 for IAA. I can keep using PureSynth or SAmplr.
Update your app, guys. You can do better.
