How to fix iRDP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iRDP app on iPhone
Update iRDP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iRDP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iRDP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iRDP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix iRDP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iRDP app issues:

Force Stop the iRDP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iRDP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iRDP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iRDP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iRDP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iRDP.

Fix iRDP unable to contact server/ iRDP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click iRDP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got iRDP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iRDP on android.
