I have a problem with NewsBlur

User reports:
No current problems

- No support is available for the app.

- The free version is limited to 64 feeds.

- There is no way to import personal RSS feeds via OPML file.

- The UI is ugly and the UX is almost painful to engage with.

- Reeder app is getting worse with issues such as showing the wrong feed, lag, and poor UI.

To resolve NewsBlur network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the NewsBlur App
1. On android, goto Settings » NewsBlur » click [Force Stop]

Clear NewsBlur App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NewsBlur » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NewsBlur.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NewsBlur » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NewsBlur » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NewsBlur
