This software works for about a minute then it inexplicably stops and kicks me out back to the browser - Chrome. Just happened twice. Also noted in Webinar I attended, there was a note that said "unsupported in IOS". Please fix.

I spend more time trying to get back into WebinatoApp than actually being on it.

Will not stop crashing. Lucky to get 2 minutes before it crashes again.

Keeps crashing every two minutes. Audio keeps cutting in and out. Get it together. It’s the 21st century a developer shouldn’t be having these problems

Can’t get video, the sound is jumbled and sounds sped-up so you can’t understand anything, trying to click on the settings doesn’t work. WebinatoApp is a mess.

WebinatoApp crashes every 30 seconds. Unfortunately the job im on only uses this platform. So I have to use the desk top. Would be awesome if they fix this so I could be more mobile.

Audio would drop every 30 seconds throughout the five minutes I was in. I had to drop WebinatoApp and come back to my computer. Not really user friendly or mobile enabled.

No audio for mobile app. After going to their support page it basically amounted to advising me to make sure my audio was turned up. Duh! I have a better idea. How about fixing the issue so your app works properly?

Terrible app on phone and pad. Advice from customer service is to login from the computer since WebinatoApp doesn’t work. What a waste of energy trying to get help from this company. I’d give this 0 stars if that were possible.

It crashes every few minutes and sometimes less. It’s very hard to learn when I am spending most of the time reloading app. It also cuts in and out of what’s being said when it does run. Please, please, please fix this. Too many people are counting on this.

This thing is horrible. Even on good wifi it is constantly crashing. Barely works for more than a minute or two then crashes. Audio is inconsistent when it does work.

I consistently get kicked out of my webinar....from my IPad mini wifi, from my iPhone on wifi and I can't even log in any longer from my computer ....not my favorite app but because it's what Tradestation chooses to use I don't have a choice!!! FIX this problem please! Been kicked out of webinar twice in last 15 minutes

I downloaded WebinatoApp and I can see everything. It shows me the schedule times. But when I go to join the line goes about 1/3 way across the screen. It won’t let me join!
I am on an iPhone. I have 2 iPhones a 7 and a 10s. Both phones have the same problem with WebinatoApp . My girlfriend has a Samsung and she has no problems. Are you fixing the iPhone app????

I need to use this platform not by choice, it cutts off constantly on my iphone 12, I mean every minute it will loose 3 or four second of conversation, hopefully the developer is doing something to remedy this, sorry to say it seems clear am not the only one frustrated with the quality of WebinatoApp.

I made the mistake of hitting the settings wheel and went to change my font size on the chat box when WebinatoApp crashed. It froze up and would not exit settings box. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. But with all the problems everyone else is having with this bugged out app I won’t be using the Settings.
Why don’t you guys fix this thing?

The interface is fine, though it lacks the ability to send private messages to the host. That ability is available in the web version for Macs.

Sound drops out on a regular basis in addition to the frequent crashes. Webinato knows of the issues and a 'fix is in the works'. No info on when it will be available.

Until it is updated, Run Away!

I use your service every morning to attend an investors chat room and today I noticed that the link included a Mobile version application. I clicked it and dowloaded WebinatoApp to find that every few minutes it crashed. The speed, performance and clarity of the speaker was great but the crashing issues got old really quick. Please fix the application because I’m many of us would love to use it in mobile environment.

WebinatoApp deserves its low ratings because it always crashes and I can never hear what the person is saying. Just a bunch of garbled jibber jabber. The red x does not work when reloading the chat room. I’ve tried reinstalling WebinatoApp many times and no improvement. WebinatoApp works fine on Windows PC except screen share refresh is slow and unwatchable most of the time. This is literally the worst app I have ever seen on the market and wish my class would switch to another app.

WebinatoApp is nice overall. However There are often audio problems where the voice of the speaker goes on and off and sometimes the screen freezes and kicks me out of the webinar. I would like and recommend that to be fixed about WebinatoApp .

App is unusable. App constantly crashes within one minute of use. I uninstalled and reinstalled but issue remains. Many others Have commented here but developers have not addressed the issues.

Above was my original complaint however when I contacted the developer they responded quickly and stayed in touch until my issue was resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. Lesson here is don't just leave bad reviews. Communicate with developers and you may be pleasantly surprised also.

Audio quality drove me nuts. The only time there weren't long blank spots, the audio track would go three layers deep for a truly annoying echo effect. Only reason I'm giving it one star is because I can't go lower.
