App is horrible

This app deserves its low ratings because it always crashes and I can never hear what the person is saying. Just a bunch of garbled jibber jabber. The red x does not work when reloading the chat room. I’ve tried reinstalling the app many times and no improvement. This app works fine on Windows PC except screen share refresh is slow and unwatchable most of the time. This is literally the worst app I have ever seen on the market and wish my class would switch to another app.
Please fix this...

I use your service every morning to attend an investors chat room and today I noticed that the link included a Mobile version application. I clicked it and dowloaded this app to find that every few minutes it crashed. The speed, performance and clarity of the speaker was great but the crashing issues got old really quick. Please fix the application because I’m many of us would love to use it in mobile environment.

The interface is fine, though it lacks the ability to send private messages to the host. That ability is available in the web version for Macs.
Sound drops out on a regular basis in addition to the frequent crashes. Webinato knows of the issues and a 'fix is in the works'. No info on when it will be available.
