As it clearly states in the first sentence, HarpersBazaarUK is free but the MAG SUBS are by purchase. I love the quality of the picture and it is nice to be able to focus and take screen shots. The only con is that downloading time is very slow for the full issue. This could be due to where I live, and the service towers, but as you can browse through the completed pages, it's not a huge deal. I assume by the time I even reach the end, the pages will have downloaded.

I love this magazine,and have been reading it since the 1960's when it was Harpers and Queen. When it became harder to find the print addition, I found I could download to my ipad. It tajes FOREVER to download. I have now paid for the March 2017 issue and it will not download. Why? I am able download Vogue and Tatler, what gives?

HarpersBazaarUK says that you'll be downloading a FREE SAMPLE of the September issue. HarpersBazaarUK itself is not the free sample--it is more like a 'brochure' with subscription pricing, etc. if you look closer, there is the button to download the sample.

It offers you the mags for free then tells you the prices. Offers sept issue free but it's only on sale for 2.99. If you wanna invest, go ahead. I only wanted one of the issues bc I couldn't find it in stores. Too bad they don't have what I'm looking for though. Btw, is this version diff than the US version?

This "free" app is just a waste of time. Dont bother. You may get a complimentary partial issue, but you will have to remember to cancel or you will be auto renewed for a fee. And yes, I agree that it's full BS. It is not free. Regarding the cost- HarpersBazaarUK version of the magazine should not be more than a subscription to the hard copy.

Just so we're clear. Paying $7 for a physical magazine that cost money to print is COMPLETELY different than purchasing one on an iPad let alone an iPhone. I don't mind paying per issue but full price is absolutely ridiculous.

To delete, press and hold the magazine picture in the newsstand and then press the little x -- just like when you delete an app from your home screen.
