They intentionally make it difficult for you to reach the $10 required for cash out. Then I had to wait 31 full days to receive the money!! This company is a scam. All together I had 32 surveys (individually worth $1.80+) that I completed in full that I was never paid for. I complained and showed them the photo of the survey’s final screen that thanked me for completing, but it didn’t matter. It takes them 5-10 days to answer emails/complaints, and you’ll get an automated response or a response that has nothing to do with your complaint. The higher paying surveys will not pay out, ever. They crash at the very end, or just do not pay.

This company sells your data, sells your email, sells your phone number. You will receive hundreds of scam-spam texts starting within 10 minutes of signing up for Pureprofile. Report Pureprofile and get them removed from Pureprofile Store.

I can never get anywhere because it glitches so much. Either that or it won’t let me hit the area I need to put my answer in.

Takes them 30-90 days to receive payment, that’s a wide timeframe.

I got Pureprofile and things were going well at first. I was able to redeem $10 in about 4 days! However, a couple days later I got an email saying they suspended my account. They asked me to send my ID with my name, DOB ,and address to unsuspend my account. That is what I did. They responded saying that my REAL ID was not sufficient to verify my account?? I essentially wasted my time giving out information for FREE. They’re not giving me my money and somehow my ID that has the star in the corner proving it’s a real ID is not valid?? I wouldn’t even bother trying Pureprofile. Never again.

Waste of time and no real surveys for cash. Full of surveys that ask questions about you or what you like but no cash for it

I had to answer about 150 profile questions.. Which I did and it apparently got me nowhere. There is no help on how to make any money. Doesn't seem like an app that's worth my time.

Just a heads up.. when go to cash out it be a month before you get paid.. 30 days not instantly no 1-2 days BUT 30

Huge waste. Do not download! I spent 3 hours setting up my account and doing free surveys before unlocking paid surveys. After doing 10-15 paid surveys I was disqualified from 90% of them and only made $1.20 after 4-5 hours!!! SCAM

I cashed out at their minimum threshold on January 17. Still waiting and while customer service seems to exist there and respond, they still shove down the same canned response down your throat and allow them up to 30 days. If you’re seeking a service where you get more per survey, higher frequency of survey invitations and faster cash-out times, this app isn’t it. I highly recommend Survey Junkie, AttaPoll, and QMee Surveys.

Honestly if I could rate Pureprofile a zero? I would. Pureprofile is just utterely garbage the amount of money is trash, before I thought Pureprofile was good cashing out 20$ but they have way too many problems, with glitches. The problem I personally encountered was with a 9$ survey which they would not accept my zipcode I tried over 10 Times, but its just horrible. Please delete Pureprofile the amount of money to be made is close to nothing.

I cannot click on fields to type in my info. There was also a misspelling, "your details WHERE saved" like what? I am not sure how to continue setting up my profile when it doesn't even let me click into the fields to add my info. That's the issue for me right now.

U should also change your app to iphone5 size. Also please add some features and give some more surveys. It's been an year I have earned only $16 . Other apps pay so much

Have stopped receiving Surveys Since 6/11/24 and don’t know why you guys did this to me but I’m close to cashing out I have $9.21 And to stopped getting surveys leaves me wondering if your doing this deliberately so I won’t be able to cash out.

Pureprofile is a little better that AttaPoll I got pains to create and account on top of cashing out to gain real money! Good app!

I use this app every once in a while but there's almost never new surveys.
I've had my account for more then 4 months and have 1.37$
I love the new app though, great work on it!
