I am extremely disappointed with the performance of FSCBBanking. It frequently fails to load and exhibits inconsistent behavior in displaying account balances and transactions. For instance, after making a purchase, the transaction initially appears and the balance updates accordingly. However, upon reopening FSCBBanking , the transaction mysteriously disappears and the balance reverts to its previous state. This inconsistency is not only confusing but also potentially misleading, as it could lead users to believe they have more funds than actually available, possibly resulting in overdraft fees. Additionally, FSCBBanking struggles with basic functionality, often taking an unreasonably long time to reach the login screen. I can confirm that these issues are not related to my phone or WiFi connection, as suggested by FSCBBanking support. FSCBBanking is currently the most problematic one on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Users should monitor their accounts vigilantly to avoid any financial mishaps.

Pretty much the same problem as everyone else. Constantly says “no connection” when trying to sign in when I have an amazing connection. The bank will send you a 12 digit number as your ID, which works, but if you try to change it…your password…security question, etc etc it will lock your account out. I even took screenshots before I pressed submit to make sure it wasn’t user error but it was not. Super aggravating from an otherwise great bank.

I updated my phone to iOS 14.7 and my FSCB app updated as well. Now it looks totally different, there are ads suddenly. My available balance is NEVER CORRECT, constantly being overdrafted because my pending transactions don’t post for 2-3 weeks! Today I watched my bank account slowly deplete throughout the day, a few dollars at a time and can’t even pinpoint these transactions because they could have happened at any time.

I hate FSCBBanking for many reasons. It should have an option like before as to run report from everything since statement. Also, I used to get texts messages anytime something went into our out of the bank with the amount and it NO longer has that option! Why did you changed that?? I want to know what’s hitting my account so I can act quickly if it is fraudulent! Please fix FSCBBanking- it used to do that! PLEASE!

Bro where do I even start with FSCBBanking. I’m 22, been with this bank since I was 16. FSCBBanking is absolutely horrible, more times than not, I’d say 7/10 times, it never loads. Now I don’t mean, loads for a long time, refresh FSCBBanking , restart your phone, then it works, no that’s not how it works at all. If FSCBBanking decides that it doesn’t want to load, then it never will. I’ve found it wanting to do this at the absolute worst times, when I get paid, when I wanna move money from one account to another, when it’s time to pay bills. It happens so often, I usually just have to call the bank and have them do all of these things for me, which COMPLETELY eliminates the purpose of having FSCBBanking in the first place. Just like, COME ON, make FSCBBanking work!!!!! PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST OR IM SWITCHING BANKS THAT HAVE A BETTER PHONE APP!!!!

Extortion: “An excessive or exorbitant charge” (Exorbitant: “Going beyond what is reasonable or customary, especially in cost or price.”) now that we know those definitions I’ll discuss the situation. Today in the mail I received a notice with my bank statement saying starting next month I would need to get FSCBBanking and do my banking online. If I decline this offer I would be charged 3 dollars per statement they send in the mail. Some may think I’m over reacting but I think that 3 dollars is “Going beyond what is reasonable or customary, especially in cost or price” for 3 prices of paper, ink, and whatever it costs to mail it to me. I hope this review helps people decide weather or not to bank here.

I have this bank but honestly I’m about to find another. FSCBBanking has my face ID as well as my password. But when I go into the log in screen, it loads for a very long time. To the extent I’m not even getting to the home page but instead getting “sorry couldn’t load” and when face id works I try using the password, it simply loads instead of even letting me type my password in. On top of all this, I’m not just only struggling to look at my bank account but there is no phone number I can access to look at it as a back up. This is not the best app for banking. You need to update your system!!

In fact I think I like the old app better. Why does it now show your available balance if a charge is pending? For example: when I get paid I pay all my bills electronically and when I’m done I look at my bank app to see what’s left. Well now it doesn’t and you have to do the math to figure out what you have left. Which is similar to balancing a checkbook, which is what I thought banking apps were essentially supposed to replace…

Ever since they updated FSCBBanking a few months back, i have been considering closing my account with FSCB. The Mobile Check Deposits option almost always rejects my checks. I travel for work and can rarely take my checks into a physical
Location for a traditional deposit. Also I keep getting emails that I should log in to FSCBBanking to view my latest document, but I cannot find any available
Documents on FSCBBanking . FSCBBanking is not user-friendly for anything other than viewing recent transactions.

FSCBBanking glitches more than any other app I’ve ever installed in my whole life. The frustration and anxiety of needing to know how much money you have only for FSCBBanking to stop working for no reason is too much. And at least with other apps when you close them out they’ll start working but not this one. There was less glitches before the design change but this has been a consistent problem for me since I’ve had FSCBBanking . What good is a site that just looks pretty but fails to serve it’s purpose?

I’ve used this bank for a number of years and really like the bank because of convenient locations. However for the amount of years I’ve been with this bank FSCBBanking has been poor quality.

What I mean by that is NONE of the features of FSCBBanking will work correctly all at the same time. Which is….fine, mostly because I don’t use them all anyways. I’ve tried to use the mobile check deposit in FSCBBanking over the years and it has NEVER worked for me. Fine, the bank isn’t far to drive to. However the most frustrating thing is when you can’t login because it says invalid name and password but it’s saved to your phone and haven’t changed it. So you go in and change the password get it re-saved and then it says the same thing the very next time you log into it.

This doesn’t happen often, but when it does it takes awhile for it to be working again. Honestly, it makes me want to switch banks because I should at least be able to log in and see my money whenever I want.

And the part that’s annoying is that I would have to change all of my financial stuff to do so all because of a lousy app.

The last app had issues all the time. Haven’t had much problem with this updated one except having to scroll through garbage every time I open in. Okay, quit repeating messages at the top of the page every time you open it, make my accounts the first thing I see when I open FSCBBanking because that’s what I open it for. I don’t open it for Money Management advice, I don’t open it for goals, I open it because I want to see my accounts. If I chose to move those things to the most important position, that should be my choice, don’t frivolously force it on me. Put messages in a single spot and when they’re deleted out of, don’t keep forcing them on me. I read them already. If my email provider forced me to keep deleting out of the same messages, I’d delete them.

So have many issues with atm and FSCBBanking times at best are 10 minutes off but have had several times it took the next day for transactions to post. With that i sometimes do several transfers trying to solve the issue and it still takes till the next day overall it isn’t the worst but definitely could be freshened up.

I love FSCBBanking, EXCEPT when transactions are made, they will initially show in my bank statements. I’ll go back in the later and money that has been spent is reflecting back into my account. The negative transactions that were once there are now gone and I have no idea how much money I have. I have to wait until usually the next day to find out. Why? If it was showing before, why would they remove later? What if someone didn’t check the first time and just went in and end up thinking they have extra money? Very problematic. Fix the issue and it would easily be a 5 star app. I love being able to check my credit and being able to categorize money into savings.

I absolutely love banking here but FSCBBanking is a nightmare. After my card was hacked and dealing with the stress of fraud (which the bank was amazing at calming my nerves and straightening everything out) I have to keep my card locked to feel safe and secure. There is no way to go online and unlock my card, only through FSCBBanking . If there is an emergency or I’m trying to pay a bill or checking out at the store, it is an absolute mess trying to functionally do so without having to hold up a line to call in and stay on the phone so they can lock it back when I’m completed with my purchase or payment. At minimum 3 days a week, FSCBBanking is inaccessible. Again, I love banking with First State but FSCBBanking needs a lot of attention and work.

In May, FSCBBanking had a major update and I have truly found the the new app to be much more efficient and better customizable. If you ever have any issues, your local bank branch or the customer care center are true professionals at helping you however you need. They have added many new features in the update that has truly benefited me.

Quick and easy to get information on all your accounts and easily transfer funds whenever needed

The new app is a lot easier to operate and with so many more options. The ability to see account balance with facial recognition is a big plus.

Since the latest upgrade I am impressed with how easy it is to complete my online banking needs. I also really love the virtual goal account you can create to stay budgeting.

I have used this bank for 20 years and have never had an issues.
