I am extremely disappointed with the performance of this app. It frequently fails to load and exhibits inconsistent behavior in displaying account balances and transactions. For instance, after making a purchase, the transaction initially appears and the balance updates accordingly. However, upon reopening the app, the transaction mysteriously disappears and the balance reverts to its previous state. This inconsistency is not only confusing but also potentially misleading, as it could lead users to believe they have more funds than actually available, possibly resulting in overdraft fees. Additionally, the app struggles with basic functionality, often taking an unreasonably long time to reach the login screen. I can confirm that these issues are not related to my phone or WiFi connection, as suggested by the app support. This app is currently the most problematic one on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Users should monitor their accounts vigilantly to avoid any financial mishaps.

Bro where do I even start with this app. I’m 22, been with this bank since I was 16. This app is absolutely horrible, more times than not, I’d say 7/10 times, it never loads. Now I don’t mean, loads for a long time, refresh the app, restart your phone, then it works, no that’s not how it works at all. If this app decides that it doesn’t want to load, then it never will. I’ve found it wanting to do this at the absolute worst times, when I get paid, when I wanna move money from one account to another, when it’s time to pay bills. It happens so often, I usually just have to call the bank and have them do all of these things for me, which COMPLETELY eliminates the purpose of having the app in the first place. Just like, COME ON, make the app work!!!!! PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST OR IM SWITCHING BANKS THAT HAVE A BETTER PHONE APP!!!!

Extortion: “An excessive or exorbitant charge” (Exorbitant: “Going beyond what is reasonable or customary, especially in cost or price.”) now that we know those definitions I’ll discuss the situation. Today in the mail I received a notice with my bank statement saying starting next month I would need to get this app and do my banking online. If I decline this offer I would be charged 3 dollars per statement they send in the mail. Some may think I’m over reacting but I think that 3 dollars is “Going beyond what is reasonable or customary, especially in cost or price” for 3 prices of paper, ink, and whatever it costs to mail it to me. I hope this review helps people decide weather or not to bank here.
