I am frustrated with your help desk. They do not understand callers' problems. Anyway my app became unusable yesterday. After numerous unsuccessful calls to the helpdesk, I am desperately trying to get it fixed

My Plain Dealer app keeps crashing. I have logged out, shut down, rebooted and updated. Seems to happen every few weeks. This morning I can’t get through a paragraph even. As expensive as online subscription is a rate adjustment should be considered.
