Slow, really slow. Tedious bubbles to click. Always selects the wrong answer.

I’ve had this program loaded for awhile. So far it shows me a blank page.
As a result I’ve never been able to do anything with it. Some day I hope to find out who to ask about making it do something.

Horrible user interface. Not intuitive at all. Also seems to be down frequently.

I just need to get tasks done when I open BenchmarkGensuite, not evaluate every time I use it

App, hardly ever lets me input any info or upload pictures to my reports. Do not recommend if you need a reliable app.

Following the September update, BenchmarkGensuite has been useless. Following login, and after the spinning update timer, the screen goes blank. Gensuite was informed right away but there has been no progress in fixing.

BenchmarkGensuite is not at all user friendly, every time a scroll to the right a little or zoom it it goes to a white screen. Very poor quality app.

When the cell service is weak, BenchmarkGensuite fails for store data transferred and resume operation. Multiple lock ups have occurred while using app with weak cell service.

I found that if you have been on the home network and you already linked the device to the site after editing from computer an trying to open BenchmarkGensuite on my phone it will not recognize me as user. Got to be some sort of easier program available .

I really thought the select all yes option was a big time saver and also it’s a more ergonomic approach because I don’t have to use my thumbs as much to select options.

Why does the my podcast or music gets interrupted from iOS app when I open BenchmarkGensuite? There’s nothing to be heard, unless a possibility that BenchmarkGensuite turns on the microphone.

Why did select all questions with a selectable answer (NA, Yes, No) option with added comments stopped working all of a sudden without updates? When update automatically is turned off.

I don’t like that the screen moves sideways while scrolling

My employer requires us to do daily/weekly/monthly inspections on various things using BenchmarkGensuite. It was always clunky to use but did get the job done.. all until I made the mistake of clicking ‘yes’ to trying the beta version. I didn’t think it could get any more difficult to navigate but boy I was wrong. Everything takes twice as long to load and is hidden behind more and more tabs, pages, etc than ever before.

In short, BenchmarkGensuite works for what it is intended but unless you want to throw your phone into a wall do NOT even try the beta version if it asks you. As far as I can tell after searching and searching, there is no way to go back to the at least functional version.

Good system so far

Having this on the iPad makes the fleet management duties easier. A little confusing finding the small tabs, but once you get the hang of it, it works well.

Good app but photos are not showing when inspection is emailed. How do I get my horoscope to show when emailed?

This tool is so cumbersome. It takes so many attempts to get every detail entered correctly and by the time you try submitting 10 times with errors you just give up. The idea of entering observations to improve is great but it should not be this difficult. This should be free text and a few mouse clicks and some. J T

BenchmarkGensuite is great and allows me to work effortlessly from the field

Easy to use and as the safeties are completed, the tech names are removed from the pending list. Just check each morning and know who is still needing to be completed during the month.

App really comes in handy.
