Why is this site so difficult to get set up on my phone?

I found that if you have been on the home network and you already linked the device to the site after editing from computer an trying to open the app on my phone it will not recognize me as user. Got to be some sort of easier program available .

I’ve had this program loaded for awhile. So far it shows me a blank page.
As a result I’ve never been able to do anything with it. Some day I hope to find out who to ask about making it do something.

When the cell service is weak, the app fails for store data transferred and resume operation. Multiple lock ups have occurred while using app with weak cell service.
