Doesn’t work anymore

After not functioning properly for months (always a technical problem displayed and a message that invoice would be submitted after connection was restored), the latest update on 20 November 2019, it doesn’t even get past the loading screen before crashing

Beaks down often and sending of invoices gets stuck without clarity whether they were sent.

What a pain

I tried to activate my app with the bar code from my letter. It didn't work. So I requested a PIN. When I got the PIN, I entered it and it didn't work. So I requested another PIN and now there only option HanseMerkurServiceApp gives need is to request ANOTHER PIN
