Doesn’t work anymore

After not functioning properly for months (always a technical problem displayed and a message that invoice would be submitted after connection was restored), the latest update on 20 November 2019, it doesn’t even get past the loading screen before crashing

I tried to activate my app with the bar code from my letter. It didn't work. So I requested a PIN. When I got the PIN, I entered it and it didn't work. So I requested another PIN and now there only option the app gives need is to request ANOTHER PIN
