Unbelievable

I called the customer service line at 6:30pm and I’m guessing their offices close at 7:00pm now, however that gives them 30 minutes to answer my call and figure out the issue. I waited on the line for over 20 minutes, and at 6:59pm someone answered saying “Hello my name is David how can I-“ and hung up. When I called back the offices were closed. After having waited 20 minutes their offices were now closed. Really? I waited until today to call back and I told the man Mike, what had happened and all he said was “yeah that seems frustrating” of course it’s frustrating! Have a little more empathy. He helped with my issue, however now I can’t log in to my app and it’s saying my password is wrong which is not true because I have the same password for everything. And it’s telling me I’ve exceeded the number of try’s, after just 1 try. Again I called back it’s 6:20pm and I’m on hold. My wait is expected to me greater than ten minutes. Fix this issue for future customers. Finding a new bank.




Should be fixed

I have been working at FCBI for over 3 months now and it is not good to see people coming in everyday to change their passwords because FNBTFCB keeps telling them their password is incorrect. I have FNBTFCB as well and omg it is so frustrating to have to go to the branch to have it changed when I perfectly know what my password is since it is the one i use for everything and has been for over 10 years. I hope they fix it but to be honest I do not think they will🙁




Horrible

I must say FNBTFCB is very horrible! I try logging in using my four digit pin and I receive a pop up message for the 3rd time telling me to call my bank to change my password when I know my darn password. When I call the customer service Dept I’m constantly waiting on hold for 30 minutes just for them to keep changing my password. Keep in mind now I’ve contacting them three days in a row and waited on hold for 30 minutes straight. Ugh! I hate it! I’ve been banking with these people for 8 years and now I’m thinking about switching banks due to this it’s crazy.




Not Working!

What’s happening? I’ve never had a problem with FNBTFCB before. Ever since last week it keeps saying that it can’t access my account because of my credentials or it would just keep loading. Now when I need to check my account I have to keep delete and reinstalling FNBTFCB for me to access it. Please fix this.




Horrible app

Probably one of the worst banking apps known to man. About once a week FNBTFCB will fail to load and/or login. Requiring me to uninstall and reinstall FNBTFCB . Also, it tells me my password is wrong about once a week and then locks me out which requires me to call and go through the entire drawn out long process of changing my password again and again. Not to mention FNBTFCB is very basic with little to no options of doing anything other than checking your balance and transaction history. Will be finding new bank soon.




Worst bank

Account was supposed to be closed off but they were still receiving money. I did not receive an e statement or any type of notification stating any of this In a matter of 7 months. Now they tell me they can’t even track those funds or can’t even give me my money back. Representatives are always giving wrong information. Then hold customer responsible for them not relaying proper information. Please do yourself a favor and avoid banking with them. They will always give you the run around.




Needs major update

I give it 3 starts bc every basic thing works fine. The reason it doesn't have the other 2 stars is One; it doesn’t show my e-statements im currently moving to an apartment & i could show them my e-statement on my app bc i don’t know where to look for it. Two; i have an iPhone X it doesn’t give me the option to use my Face Recognition/ Face ID it’s annoying to put a 4-6 digit pin. Please update it.




Worst app ever

FNBTFCB is HORRIBLE! I have to go to the bank at least once a month to have my password changed because FNBTFCB locks me out of my account...at this point I’m going to run out of passwords. This is ridiculous... They need to fix whatever bugs FNBTFCB has and make it work properly. When I try to contact customer support, I can never get through and when I do, I’m told I need to go into the bank. I hate this bank and their app. Please if you’re considering this bank and FNBTFCB ...DO NOT!




Worst customer care ever

I’ve called at 5:12
They say expected wait under 10 mins it’s now 5:34 pm it say expected wait is over 20 mins. They close at 6pm no excuse as to why I have not been answered. I deposited money to go pay a bill into my account it say the funds are not available! It’s cash app, the funds are available before I deposit in the account now.l, I have to wait until tomorrow for you guys to answer? that’s ridiculous. I’m finding a new bank! Oh and not to remind you it 5:36 I’m still waiting




Worst bankimg app ever

If I could give 0 stars I would. App constantly says my touch id doesn't work, but how? my finger print hasn’t changed. Doing this 3 times then locks my account and then I can’t check to see how much money is on my card until I can get on the phone with someone to unlock it. Seems to do this every night after 11pm. Also putting in my password manually it still somehow says it is incorrect. Again after 3 tries it locks my account. Horrible app




Face ID doesn’t work

Hi I have been using FNBTFCB for two years and never had a problem when using my finer print , but I bought a new phone and it has Face ID instead of the finger print and every time that I open FNBTFCB I have to tape my hole password and is kind anoing. I will appreciate if y’all can fix it pleas and thanks.




Horrible app

I’ve only had this bank account for only a few months and I swear I’ve had to change my password every other day every week. It’s getting to the point of where I want to change banks. My husband never has problems with his mobile app. Every time I complain I get the same lame response “we are working out the kinks and it doesn’t tell us why you are getting locked out. Reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one dealing with this issue 🤬😡




If I could give zero starts I would

Worst banking app known to man. FNBTFCB is so bad I’m switching banks, which is unfortunate because the face to face tellers are actually really nice. Anytime you get a new phone and reload FNBTFCB onto it you have to go see a banker or call the customer service line (which is worse than FNBTFCB ) to reset your password. Can do minimal in FNBTFCB . Crashes often or doesn’t allow you to sign in finger print randomly. If dependability is what you want, this is not FNBTFCB for you




Needs some work, but overall it’s nice

When I first started using FNBTFCB , signing on was hard. If I entered my password incorrect once, then I would have to call and reset my password, because it wouldn’t let me login. Overall it’s a good simple bank app, BUT what would make this better is if we can personalize the name on different checking or saving accounts.




Horrible App

I don’t know if FNBTFCB or the bank itself is more of a joke. Over the last 6 months, I have had to go to the bank to reset my password, due to the fact that FNBTFCB won’t let me login with my fingerprint or my typed password.

When I get to the bank, they are helpful and ask me for a new password. Once I give them my new password, I am ALWAYS told that it is the same as my previous one. So please tell me why it won’t let me log in to the mobile app?
