I called the customer service line at 6:30pm and I’m guessing their offices close at 7:00pm now, however that gives them 30 minutes to answer my call and figure out the issue. I waited on the line for over 20 minutes, and at 6:59pm someone answered saying “Hello my name is David how can I-“ and hung up. When I called back the offices were closed. After having waited 20 minutes their offices were now closed. Really? I waited until today to call back and I told the man Mike, what had happened and all he said was “yeah that seems frustrating” of course it’s frustrating! Have a little more empathy. He helped with my issue, however now I can’t log in to my app and it’s saying my password is wrong which is not true because I have the same password for everything. And it’s telling me I’ve exceeded the number of try’s, after just 1 try. Again I called back it’s 6:20pm and I’m on hold. My wait is expected to me greater than ten minutes. Fix this issue for future customers. Finding a new bank.
