Most features are standard/good but it’s confusing if you have multiple accounts as the transactions pop up together on the launch page. You can click on each account then transactions to fix it, but I think the setup with the previous version was more user friendly.

Love the new look and ability to see all transactions easily from each account. Much much easier to use. Swiping between accounts is nice.

The new FCB app is a major improvement over the old app and very good all around! My biggest wish/suggestion is a widget for quickly viewing account balance, like BB&T’s old app had.

I’m so glad the new app is like this! It’s easier for me to navigate and I love the dark mode and PIN setting. I also really love that I can add my preferred first name. Can’t recommend this enough!

Love the new app But in would be a lot better if it would let me view my active loans and pay them from Xpress , instead or having to access the website

I love the new login and all the different options! It is also very user friendly.

I Love the update to bill pay. I can see the last payment I made.

The new app is not up-to-date with my available funds. In the previous app, the funds available deducted pending balances. The available balance is very off by a lot. Also, I notice it is taking longer for pending charges to show up on my account.

Xpress is much slower on updating balances than the old app! Please improve the balance updates when there are transfers and pending charges! It’s not updating fast enough and it’s showing me wrong balances and transactions!

This is the worse change/updated app I have. It is slow, glitchy, and frustrating. I absolutely hate it. It takes an exceptional amount of time to load when and if it does properly.

Xpress is terrible at keeping an accurate balance. The old app updated immediately while this one marks everything as pending. It’s impossible to know what your current balance is.

Just getting to learn Xpress but dang so far I’m loving it

Not as easy to schedule payments now as it was before.

Every time I’ve signed onto Xpress for the last 2 weeks it has told me I need to “update app”…after updating several times, it STILL tells me that. Frankly it’s very tiring! And I cannot find out how to “log off”

Xpress is still not allowing me to log in and is extremely frustrating to use!

This is a great app FCB has added!
