How to fix U app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the U app on iPhone
Update U app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall U iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix U on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve U network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

U Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix U not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the U App
1. On android, goto Settings » U » click [Force Stop]

Update U to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear U App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » U » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart U.

Fix U unable to contact server/ U internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click U » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto U » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
