Fed up

Ever since the overhaul that Vodafone did in November, MyVodafoneIreland has been dysfunctional. I have over 15 attempts with Vodafone techs who re-register me, set me up with a new password and as soon as it’s working, I Change my password so that it is private again and I can continue to access my account on the website, but it won’t work with MyVodafoneIreland . And they claim that I’m the only one with the problem. And that may be the case. I can live with that, but I am annoyed that they continue to insist that they can fix it and continue to do the exact same fix which has consistently failed. Is there anyone else out there that is having this problem?

TERRIBLE

honestly might even save you time to go to a shop in person to top up. MyVodafoneIreland crashes so much honestly the most frustrating experience i've had with a platform. this is the first time im ever leaving a review that's how bad MyVodafoneIreland is

Will not except my phone number. Can’t get past the opening screen.

Joke of an app

MyVodafoneIreland doesn’t allow me to register. It doesn’t matter how many time I enter my number it keeps saying invalid. What a joke

Atrocious app.

MyVodafoneIreland is terrible. This new version 6 has removed call history. In a previous version you could filter for usage in or out (charged) of bundle. App is slow. Surprising that a leading “tech” company has an app thisbsd.

Constant login attempts

When you select remember me it try’s to constantly log you in until it locks your password. There is no way to stop the constant log ins as there are just pop ups telling you your password is incorrect. Please fix this.

Cannot set auto top up

I tried to set auto top up several times but after selecting auto top up, MyVodafoneIreland wants me to create another password. Which I do. After that it gives me a failure. Deleted MyVodafoneIreland and redownloaded. No luck. Really not convenient

They broke the app

I used to find MyVodafoneIreland really helpful, but since the redesign I have to log in multiple times and wait ages for it to load only to have the page display as “unavailable “! Extremely frustrating!!

Never works. Never. Works. Not even once.

App tells you it’s not ready yet, and to wait for “the rollout”. Then it sends you to their website. This is just a waste of your customers’ time. Why bother with an app at all of you can’t make it functional? Half the time, the website doesn’t recognize my credentials either. This is all representing a TELECOM company. Dear god. If only
your marketing agency ran your app development, everything would be great.

Review

App used to be brilliant. Few updates later it started to go weird. Have to restart MyVodafoneIreland numberous times to actually log in, other times it logs me in but goes straight to the browser page, have to restart app again. It also takes forever to actually load the page.

A lot done more to do

Great app just needs a little tidying up some parts of what I look for are hard to find

App updated and working

Got my SIM in November where I tried to create my account to start using MyVodafoneIreland . At first it did not work. Kept getting a message that the system was being updated. After about 2 months the system finally updated. Now I am able to login and see my account. Pretty neat app and very helpful. Very happy with the features and new system.

Works fine

Easy to check remaining balance. Works fine in Spain and UK with Irish SIM. Great rate. Now hope it works still after Brexit!
