Password

Somehow MyVodafone does not recognize my password. Trying very hard to log on in order to purchase data minutes. Tried resetting password, it worked for a while, now won’t recognize. Poor quality application for such a huge communications service provider.

I can’t understand it ! Why it is not in English?!

How is it possible that I can’t sing up with my number. I have tried all the ways possible to type my own number and MyVodafone doesn’t recognize it.
What a terrible service for your users Vodafone! Plus the quick access doesn’t work.
Any suggestion on how to type the phone number would be helpful. But I’m afraid it’s just your app not working properly.

Won’t recognize my number

I have a Vodafone account but I guess this app is separate so I tried to register and it keeps saying my phone number I entered is invalid. I even called *#100# to make sure I was typing it in right. Seems many others have this same issues based on the reviews I’ve been reading.

Doesn’t work correctly on iPhone X

App doesn’t work correctly on iPhone X. They need to test their products and functions on popular phones.

If you try to set up an account on the iPhone X you cannot go through the whole process because MyVodafone has many bugs.

Also if you use another device or computer to sign up, then use MyVodafone on the iPhone To reload via credit card there are more bugs in the drop down menus when you cannot select any amount and go through the process.

Bottom line. Major Issues for years on iOS.
Any very little support or fixes.

Doesn’t work

As so many others have written, the unregistered path doesn’t work. After turning off WiFi and only having cellular MyVodafone doesn’t detect it. When trying to register, no format for the phone number is accepted. Clearly hasn’t been tested thoroughly.

Does Not Work Correctly

MyVodafone cannot let you register for an account or do the quick access process. It does not properly recognize the fields that you enter. Better off calling them for account info as MyVodafone is essentially worthless with all the bugs.

Doesn’t work and no one is able to give me feedback

I have an iPhone and I keep getting an error message ‘due to service unavailability we are unable to process this request’ and none of the employees in the store or online are able to help me.

Junior Varsity

Won’t let me register after I type in my number numerous different ways. Follow instructions and nothing changes. It’s a dead app. Not a good impression as a first time customer. I’d find a carrier that does varsity work, instead of this fake company.

Don’t be bamboozled!

Par for the course for the company’s customer support/interface. Doesn’t allow you to login and then switches the language to Greek inexplicably when you try to register/get your password. Why are Vodafone’s customer service products so terrible? It’s all Greek to me!

APP DOESN’T WORK

I created an account online and when I try to log on with my credentials MyVodafone says they’re invalid, yet I can log in online.

When I try to quick access, I turn off WiFi as suggested, I already have data turned on, yet nothing happens.

NO LANDSCAPE!!!!

What app in this day and age does not have landscape mode to take advantage of an HD ration screen? With iPad cases and keyboards becoming ever so common, if an app were stuck int he portrait only era of the iPhone, there is little care given to the user experience but he developer, and thus, should be a 0 star rated!

Can’t even use it

I downloaded MyVodafone because I’ve just moved to Spain and I got a Vodafone SIM card. I was told to download MyVodafone so I can reload my data and minutes but I can’t even create an account because the whole app is in Greek!!

Don’t waste your time.

The initial interface is in English, but when you attempt to register an account, it switches to Greek... with no way of changing it. How such an oversight could be allowed on an official app is beyond ridiculous to me.

Horrible app. Can’t believe such a big company can’t make a simple app that will be working. Default language is not mine and I can’t change that, reset password is not working. App team should be fired!

Does not even recognize my phone number

I can’t even login. Won’t recognize user name or phone number in the “forgot my user name” process which I tried as a work around.

Pure crap

My phone and my iPad aren't synchronised, furthermore, I can't open a link sharing it with Airdrop. Shall we get over it? Yeah, but before doing that, let's put one star on the store: MyVodafone works, but the company's a crook
