My business account must have disappeared. Some notice would have been nice.

Tried for well over thirty minutes to log into the app. Changed my password on my desktop. App had log in error. Tried log into my account via the website from my phone wouldn’t work. Finally took a picture of the pc screen with my discount number which the salesperson could enter. The poor store workers have no support on how to help customers with the app. Get it together or I’ll take my business elsewhere
