Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GMX Cloud app issues:

Force Stop the GMX Cloud App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GMX Cloud app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GMX Cloud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GMX Cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GMX Cloud app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GMX Cloud.

Fix GMX Cloud unable to contact server/ GMX Cloud internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GMX Cloud » "Force Stop".
